  • What happens if I get injured?
    Although the Octane team has thoughtfully designed each programming track and our coaches are here to support you with technique feedback and form checks, injuries can happen. At the first sign of potential injury, consult your doctor and inform the coaches in the private community so that they can assist you and modify your training as needed.
  • Is this a subscription based program?
    Yes, if specified in the purchase, the reason we have chosen to do this is so that you can continue your progress. The programs run on a monthly renewal meaning they are constantly updated with workouts tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing, plus continued support from the team. No long contracts meaning you can leave at any time.
  • Once I purchase my program, when can I start using it?
    Immediately! Once you purchase your program on our website, download the app and get to work. The only exception to this is if you are joining a specific challenge with a pre-defined start date in which case you will be notified of the start date.

  • How long are the programs & how often should i expect to train?
    Training sessions vary in length based on the chosen program, typically sessions will last 20 - 30 minutes or 60 - 90 minutes program dependent.
  • Are the programs available world wide?
    Yes! the programs are available worldwide with no restrictions you will gain the same as our UK clients.
  • How often will programs be updated
    The Octane programming tracks are created in 12-week training blocks to build foundation and increase through progression. The structure will change throughout the 12-week cycle depending on the program you have signed up for. ​ Missed a day of training? Don't Panic ​ You can ALWAYS go back and see what you missed. You will have access to all previous days of programming. Your program will stay on its normal schedule and will not adjust or change when you miss a day.
  • What equipment do i need to train?
    Our offering includes a diverse selection of programs, with some requiring specialized equipment. Detailed equipment lists for respective programs can be found within the program description.
  • Is every month a repeat?
    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in weight, change of exercises and intensity. It’s all about progress and keeping you engaged so that you don’t get bored.
  • How do I cancel?
    You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription.

  • Is a coach available to give me guidance and support ?
    Yes, a coach will be available via the app chat facility to help answer any questions you may have with the program.
  • What if I am a beginner?
    The programs are written with all levels in mind and can be adapted as required. Chose weights and intensity suitable for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
  • How do I receive my program?
    Your program is available through the website on the members area section after you have made your purchase. Once your purchase is confirmed you will need to download our app via the App Store or Google Play store where your program will be available to you. Simply log in with your details and you're good to go.
  • Can I train in my local gym?
    Yes! you can train in your local gym or anywhere that has the required equipment. If you are on one of our premium packages and need to adapt your program, please contact the coach via the app.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
